NEDDA Terms of Service

By purchasing from NEDDA, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Orders & Payments

    • All orders must be paid in full at checkout.

    • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to issues such as payment errors or suspected fraud.

  2. Shipping

    • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.

    • Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

  3. Returns & Exchanges

    • As a small business, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

    • Customers are encouraged to review our size chart and the model’s height/weight reference before placing an order.

  4. Product Availability

    • All items are produced in limited quantities. Availability may change without notice.

  5. Intellectual Property

    • All designs, logos, and content associated with NEDDA are the property of NEDDA and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

  6. Customer Responsibility

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not liable for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
