Returns
At NEDDA, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If your item does not work out, we accept returns under the following conditions.
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return?
- Click the account/profile icon located at the top right corner of our website.
- Enter the email address used to place your order.
- Once logged in, you will be able to view your order details and select the item(s) you would like to return.
- Follow the instructions provided to submit your return request.
Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Original shipping fees and any applicable duties or taxes are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please initiate a return request. Once your item is received and approved, you will receive a gift card credit of the returned item, which can be used to purchase your preferred size or another item available on our website.
Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. We recommend contacting us before sending your item back to confirm that your desired size is still available.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
