Shipping policy

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after being placed.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, we’re unable to ship through Canada Post until further notice. This may result in additional shipping charges when using alternative carriers. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

As a small business, we are not responsible for anycustoms duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by your local carrier (e.g., in Europe or other international destinations). These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

For U.S. orders, import taxes will be calculated at checkout.
